We have Massage therapy available at our Sydney City location. Our highly skilled Massage Therapist Bronwyn Evans is trained in Remedial, Sports and Therapeutic Massage techniques. No two treatments are the same, as Bronwyn tailors the technique to your presenting complaint.
People chose Massage for a variety of reasons. For some it is for specific conditions and sports injuries, while others use it purely for relaxation and to de-stress.
Most of the techniques used require oil to help facilitate the massage and Bronwyn adapts the firmness of the pressure according to each individual clients tolerance. Some people prefer firm pressure, while others prefer gentle.
